LATHE AGGREGATE COMPLEX
Machine is intended for large-scale
and high-volume manufacturing. The automatic lathe is designed as box casting
from modified cast iron with the internal reinforcing plates. The following is
installed inside:
- Spindle of five
angular-contact bearings with infinite rotation speed control;
- Slide bar of the main slide
with two active faces for fastening of the cutter;
- Distributing shaft with
infinite rotation speed control. Cams are situated on the shaft for
manipulation of the main slide and cutoff slide.
- On the end face in the
operating space two cutoff slides and a manipulator for load-unload process
of the rough partss and finished parts.
Machines are built into the
automatic lines, all machines are installed equally by one (ÒÀÊ-101), two
(ÒÀÊ-102) or three ÒÀÊ-103) units. An automatic line includes:
- input collector tray;
- output collector tray;
- transport transmission system
with collectors between the walls.
Every next in line machine is able
to work during 6 minutes after the previous one has stopped.
Inspection sensors for overloading
of the output track and for overloading of the input track are installed.
Precision strength of the
mechanism before the first mid-life repair is 16 080 hours.
Lubrication system – centralized.
All machine units and mechanisms do not require everyday technical maintenance.
Guide rails are protected from
cutting waste.
Construction of the lubrication
system does not allow emulsion to get inside.
